At Sacred Nest Foundation, our Margam journey isn’t just another retreat. It’s something we’ve poured our heart into. Over three days, under the glow of the full moon, we guide you through practices that help you slow down, let go, and reconnect. In the south, they often call the path of self-discovery Margam, and that’s what this is, a path, not a quick fix.
You’ll feel the pull of the moon from the moment you arrive. Whether you’ve tried full moon meditation before or it’s your first time, there’s something about sitting in that gentle lunar light that makes the world feel softer. We also weave in elements like regression therapy, crystal healing, and moonlight meditation each chosen to match the moon’s energy.
This isn’t just about relaxation. People come here because they’re ready for a shift.
It’s not always dramatic; sometimes the changes are small, like finally feeling at home in your own skin. But they’re real.
Think of Margam as a guided inner journey. Over three days, we follow the rhythm of the lunar cycle starting with gentle grounding practices and moving into deeper work as the moon reaches its brightest.
Full moon meditation is the heart of it. We sit together in the open air, the light washing over us, and let the mind settle. You don’t have to “know how” to meditate. Just being there is enough. Moonlight meditation feels different, more fluid, more dreamlike and we use it to help loosen old patterns. On the final day, we close with new moon meditation, setting intentions for what comes next.
There are other retreats out there. But at Sacred Nest Foundation, we keep things small and personal. We notice if you’re tired, or if you need more time in silence. We care about the tea being warm, the blankets being soft, and the space feeling safe.
